TYPICAL PROCESS

Cutting

According to the design drawings, cut, strip, and bundle wires of different specifications in accordance with the process documents.

Stripping

Removing the insulation from electrical wires prepares for connection or soldering.

Soldering

Choose the appropriate solder wire and flux, heat the soldering iron, and solder the exposed wires together or onto the terminals.

Crimping

The bare wire is crimped onto the terminal by means of a crimping tool for an electrical connection

Compound Desiccant Drying

Putting the wiring harness into the drying equipment and adding an appropriate amount of compound desiccant can remove the moisture in the wiring harness to ensure that the wiring harness is not affected by moisture during production and use.

Molding

The molten plastic material is injected into a mold to create terminals, connectors, or other plastic parts of a specific shape and size

Secondary Process

After the initial assembly and functional testing of the harness, it is further processed, optimized or customized to meet specific application needs

Test & Inspection

Through visual inspection, dimensional measurement, electrical performance test, mechanical strength test, environmental adaptability test, functional verification and other steps, ensure that the quality and performance of the wiring harness meet the design requirements and standards.

Packing

According to the characteristics of the wiring harness , select the appropriate packaging materials and methods. The harness is sealed in an anti-static bag or plastic bag, the package is clearly labeled and identified, and then the bag containing the harness is placed in a cardboard or wooden box and the harness is secured with a filler.

Shipping

Based on the customer's needs and transportation conditions, we choose the right logistics company and transportation method. We also provide the necessary shipping documents and information.During the transportation process, JONVER regularly tracks and monitors the status of the goods.

From NPI to Production

Provide suggestions for material selection: Raw cable, connector, plastics Generate assembly drawing. Provide design and manufacturability review.

Provide design and manufacturability review if not involved in NPI.

Provide formal FA inspection report including Component Datasheet and Control Plan.

Conduct 8 pieces of first article inspection for each production setup 100% test for the electrical performance. Sampling test for the mechanical performance (e.g. pulling and bending) Provide FA when there is rev. change from customer.
