Charging Cables and Sockets

Charging

Description

Electric vehicle charging cables connect charging facilities with electric vehicles, to transmit current and provide power for the electric vehicle.

Charging cables are divided into two categories: AC charging and DC charging.

AC charging will input AC power from the grid into the vehicle, most of the power range is 11kW ~ 22kW.

DC charging convert the current into DC power in the charging station and input into the vehicle, so the endpoint and cross-section of the connector are larger than AC charging. The power range is from 100kW to 350kW, plus the liquid cooling technology can be up to 500kW to 800kW, and the charging speed is faster than AC charging.
